Confirmation of reservation/travel documents
Generally, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation by e-mail immediately after booking. Your travel documents (hotel voucher, voucher for ski rental etc.) you will receive within 72 hours after your booking by e-mail as well.

We very much like to take into account your suggestions for future offers. If for instance there are only double rooms at one of our special rate offers, then this means that there is only this room type available for this promotion. This is valid also, when there still were other room types in the Hotel.
